The NVP6324 is an impressive automotive 4-channel RX with MIPI-CSI2/BT.656 interface. It offers exceptional image quality, supporting CVBS, 1M, and 2M formats. The chipset accepts various analog inputs such as CVBS, COMET, Universal 1M, and 2M from cameras and other video sources. It also handles single-ended/differential analog SD/HD/FHD video signals, and performs processing tasks like clamp/AGC (Auto Gain Control)/YC separation, and conversion to BT.656/BT.1120/MIPI-CSI2 formats. Furthermore, the MIPI-CSI2 interface is compliant with MIPI-PHY v1.1, ensuring seamless integration.
What sets the NVP6324 apart is its ability to use the same transmission cable as conventional ones for different signal levels, including CVBS/COMET (SD level) and 1M/2M (HD/FHD level). This feature minimizes interference and ensures superior image quality by effectively separating the luminance (Y) and chrominance (C) components.
Additionally, the NVP6324 supports a coaxial communication protocol, enabling communication between the controller (DVR) and camera over the video signal through a coaxial cable.

The specifications of our card based on the NVP6324 chipset include compatibility with the NXP i.MX8 family development kits and an MSAS connector. It provides a 12V DC power input for 12V cameras, ensuring seamless integration. Additionally, it offers 3.3V and 1.8V compatibility, with internal LDOs for 1.2V and 3.3V. The GX12 4-pin camera connector and miniMIC complete the package, making it a versatile solution.
